Having beavered away since the beginning of the year, Filmic Folk has finally landed. It is the product of a passion project to write and record folk tracks with a distinctively filmic feel using all real instruments.
I’m generally restricted to using sampled instruments by time and money, but this time I pulled out all the stops and Southern Summer was the first of three tracks.
