As part of the rebranding of HSBC, Saatchi and Saatchi wanted to look at the sonic identity (sonic rebranding). Working with Adelphoi I created two options. El Moderno, featured in the video clip and El classico below. The same melodic motif features but El Moderno is a more contemporary take whilst El Classico is the more traditional classical take.

Jean Michel Jarre won the pitch in the end. It’s nice to compete with the big boys.
